The State of Real Estate.

The price of diesel is now upwards of $4.00 a gal.at some truck stops in the North East of the USA. The ripples this is sending through the other sectors of our economy is just now starting to become visible. The trouble started much earlier but it seemed invisible to the everyday folk, that really just saw this as a “Gas Price Problem”. Now the secondary and terciary industries are obviously showing the strain. The airlines (never fully recovered from 9/11) are in an Emergency Room, the trucking industry is in chaos and the support industries for these giants are being beaten down to levels that they have not seen before!

Consider: .the entire State of Florida’s work force is threatened almost everyday with job cuts and loss of benefits and positions. the Tampa bay mortgage base now has double the homes in the ranks of foreclosure as it did in 2007 (which was already a horrible year), and I am talking about the non-sub prime loans! Almost 3% of the more strictly underwritten loans are in default (60 days or more). If you factor in that over 20% of the sub-prime loans are in some serious stage of default you can see the effect is going to do more than ripple!

The banks tighten credit in response.

Less people can qualify.

Even those who could qualify are scared that the real bottom is much lower.

This further depresses the buyer pool, thus flattening the market even more.

The buyers that cannot meet their obligations, can’t sell.

The numbers of buyers that can’t meet their obligation soars, because their totals are being fed by dropping prices, tighter credit, and now job loss in peripheral industry.

The foreclosures add to the glut of available properties.

The slow business climate prevents the normal acquisition rate of real estate by business as the climate has them operating in a much more conservative fashion.

The Perfect Storm!

If you’re looking to blame someone read elsewhere I choose not to blame, merely to inform and repair.

The answer must come with immediate legislation offering future credits for the most efficient of the hybrid vehicles.

This legislation must also spread to solar products for the home for both heating and cooling.

The auto industry will take heed that the selling models will be those with credits, and that will sound the death bell for the Giant Gas Guzzling SUV.

Congress must resist the urge to help out those that recklessly signed up for sub-prime loans that are now in trouble; rather they (the lawmakers) must show courage and let the market forces of supply and demand work themselves out.

The real estate market must be allowed to work as it was created, freely and without the well intentioned but usually ineffective direction of the Government.

If all of the above takes place we can slowly work ourselves out of this debacle we now find ourselves in.

I have the utmost confidence that we will; but I hope the lessons will be learned:

Fossil fuel is running out, we must shift to other sources, and this shift can only be accomplished by incentive programs so that there are concrete bankable reasons for doing so immediately.

Bailout of the banker ( do you remember the Savings and Loan Crisis?) begets bailout of the banker!

Incentives to do the right thing, are the right thing!

The Radical Islamics does not need weapons of mass destruction to hurt us.

Working a full-time Job and trying to make money online can be difficult. Lack of time and family responsibilities can make finding enough time to create sites almost impossible. It doesn’t help when many e-books tell you to do thinks like write 5 articles a day for distribution. Outsourcing the work is not usually an option as you will be spending a lot of money even before you start to make an income.

I have lost count of the times we’ve had new members sign up who have spent hundreds of dollars on e-books and programs but have put none of it into practice because of lack of time. Or even worse have put it into practice but haven’t had the necessary knowledge to take it any further and make a profit.

In one case a member had spent over $1500 and hadn’t made any money back. What they failed to realize that no matter what the program or type of site you will still need to promote it.

I saw a thread in a forum this week where the guy was just starting out and had a plan to spend this week building 30 sites. I tried to explain to him that he would do much better by building 1 or 2 and concentrating on those but he was adamant that by building 30 he would find a few that would be successful. Unless he finds a magic bottle with a genie it’s not going to happen.

You need to look for something that’s quick to set up, requires very little maintenance and is easy to promote. Once these initial sites are making you money then you can re-invest some of the profit into outsourcing and take on much bigger projects. It’s also preferable to make mistakes on small projects.

When I first started out I chose to build some Adsense sites. They were quick to build and maintain and this left me time to promote them. Once the income built up to a good level I was able to move on to other projects secure in the knowledge that I had a regular income coming in from the sites I’d already built.

If you are just starting out it makes a lot of sense to use some of the many free resources available to you. Google Alerts will give you daily updates on your niches which you can turn into content for your sites in a few moments. I used Wordpress which is available for free and a freely available datafeed to create a site that has pulled in over $300 so far. The total cost of the build was $8 which was what the domain cost me and I created it in about 15 minutes. You don’t need to spend $100’s to make money.

There are many free resources available. a quick search around the internet and a few forums will throw up a whole host of them.

Trading Places: Furniture Placement For A New Look

It doesn’t take a celebrity designer to create one hell of a home makeover. Neither do you have to have new fixtures, particularly new furniture, which can rake up your debt to sickening amounts. Really, all you will really have to have is a flash of resolve, a wish for true modification, and most importantly, extensive reorganization in your furniture format.

Correct, you heard it right. How you configure your furniture and pretty much all other fixtures in your household says a great deal about how modern it is. How you put together different items in a space can greatly conclude how good or how bad it actually is. Here are some of the items you would want to focus on to help you transform your house without breaking the budget and while taking advantage of everything you can do with the furniture layout plan.

The focus. Each area should exhibit a focal point - a piece of furniture or a designated space that should grab your concentration the most and that decides the climate for the complete space. The biggest mistake people make is making their the focal point of their living rooms. Undoubtedly you’ve witnessed homes where everything in the room is set in the direction of the television set and it is just awful. Focal points should be chosen not just based on its tastefulness but also for the function it provides in the room. If you choose to make your television set the main interest in your living room’s layout plan then you’re diverting friends who would be entering it from conversing and encouraging to simply watch TV. Be clever in choosing your main points of interest - emphasize the S because you could in fact have multiple in an area.

Proportion. Great placement is good symmetry. Are the furniture pieces evenly placed? Does it look cluttered next to the window and too empty next to the fire place? Does it seem like one part feels too weighty and unpleasant to be in instead of the other? Proportion helps ease up the sight of any space and it motivates people to spread out and use all the space they have available.

Space. While furniture arrangements chiefly focus on the items themselves, it would be great if you would also regard the space - meaning, the space you have between each fixture. Space allows the area to “breathe.” Limiting it makes areas to look too little and too much of it makes it to seem cold and stiff. Plentiful spacing is also meaningful so each item in the room can have its glory and be cherished that much more.

Furniture placement schemes are only, of course, a part of an entire area’s design. Yet, given that you only need to cut costs while implementing large upgrades in your space, they naturally supply a perfect point for you to begin.

Carpet Cleaners: A Short History and Overview

by James Boehringer

Carpet cleaners were invented shortly after the carpets themselves. A hand held was the first carpet cleaner made and tested in Chicago in the year 1860. Cecil Booth invented the first power-operated vacuum in the 1900s.

James Spangler created a vacuum cleaner shortly after Cecil Booth’s invention. James later sold it to his cousin, Hoover, and now this name is synonymous with vacuum cleaners and can be found in almost every home around the world.

The carpet cleaner was deemed to be a miracle and a wonderful invention especially for housewives because it aided in cleaning the house and required little effort. At first, the vacuum cleaners were built to only pick up dust and dirt but as technology improved over time the inventors introduced wet cleaners that killed germs and steamed cleaned carpets simultaneously.

Looking at carpets, you will find that it is capable of blanketing a floor of a flat, house or bungalow and it also keeps people’s feet really warm during the wintertime. Back in the old days, people had to sweep their carpets. However, with the vacuum cleaner being invented, users are able to easily remove the dirt and dust from their carpets with a lot less effort. Since corporations, businesses and apartments required someone to clean all of their carpets, the invention of the commercial vacuum cleaner followed soon after.

The way in which a vacuum cleaner operates is through a pump system. There is air in the hose that has enough force to suck the dirt into a filter system. The filters function is to collect all the dust and dirt from your carpet into the vacuum cleaner and then it is thrown out when the filter bag is full.

Canister, robotic, hand held and wet/dry are just a few different models of vacuum cleaners that are available and can be purchased in any department store.

Your requirements will determine what kind of vacuum cleaner to purchase. With many styles, power sizes and voltages available, the actual task of carpet cleaning seems to be effortless.

The cyclone carpet cleaner is considered to be one of the rather significant developments concerning vacuums that have been invented. The cyclone vacuum unlike all of the previous vacuum cleaners collects dust and dirt in the large cylinder. The cyclone is able to use a central air force as well as a number of filters. The filter works to filter the dirt and dust into stages, so that the air that is being sucked up into the actual cylinder can then be cleaned and released back out into the air which is done through a central outlet.

Get Lowest Interest Auto Loans For Bad Credit Online

To get Best Low interest Auto Loan Rates you have to do a little bit of work, just a little. It pays to do a little research for car financing before you go car shopping. In fact this obvious first step, comparing auto loan quotes and interest from different lenders is often overlooked to the detriment of consumers who wind up with high interest auto loans and payments higher than they should be paying or can afford. So the obvious benefit of comparing auto loan rates is lower payments but there are others.

Buying a vehicle is something that is very important in everyone’s life. Even if it isn’t your first car, there is nothing better than getting something new to you that you will probably use every single day of your life. You spend so much time in it, you want to be able to get the best vehicle you can get with the money you have.

In the real world the prices of cars are going up not down and financing the cost of a car is the way most of us choose to pay for them over a fixed time. Lenders are not just giving loans for no reason there is interest to be considered. It is the interest rate that will play a big part in how much the total you pay for a car will be as well as the monthly payments you pay. It is easy to compare online for the best low interest auto loan rates.

Shopping for a car causes a euphoria, it seems, and in this state most people neglect to take even a minute to compare online auto loan rates or quotes. People often sign high interest auto loan contracts at the dealership without ever looking around for any better options for auto loans. The dealer is out there to make money on the car and… the financing so you most likely won’t be getting the best low interest auto loan rate available to you.

Before choosing to go with dealer financing, do a little research, just a little can save you a lot. Online you can quickly find numerous financial institutions and auto loan companies to compare who you offers the lowest auto loan interest rate quote. This makes it super easy to pick the one that is best for you in terms of interest and payments before you go to a dealer.

It is no mystery that the best interest auto loan available goes to those with the best credit history. If you don’t have good credit, you need to improve it. Lenders prefer people with good credit history. However a bad credit history should give you more incentive to compare auto loan companies to get a low interest auto loan.

You will have options when you do some auto loan comparison before you go to a dealer. Once you compare different companies auto loan rate quotes and choose one that fits your pocket book you can go onto the next phase of buying the car. This will put you in a position of not having high interest and be able to drive a car you want with payments that you can afford. You can achieve this easily when you compare for best low interest auto loan rates.

PPC Management: To outsource, or handle it yourself?

I’m going to give you some information you can use to decide if you want to hire someone to manage your pay-per-click campaigns in Adwords, Yahoo! Search marketing and Microsoft AdCenter, or if you want to do it yourself.

The bottom line is that the biggest factor is YOU - I am just going to tell you what to be aware of in PPC managment. In the process, hopefully I can save you some time and money too!

If you’d like to manage your own PPC campaign, here are a few things you should to take into consideration:

Time –> How much free business time do you have? How much are you willing to give up to manage this? Managing a PPC campaign can be VERY time-consuming!

Experience –> How much do you already know about PPC marketing? Most of the bigger companies have someone with at least several years of PPC experience. If you do not have much experience, there are a few ways to get it.

One way is to spend time reading the marketing and PPC forums (this way is free). Secondly, just go ahead and open your own PPC accounts and dive in head first (this is what I did, and it was VERY expensive). Nevertheless, both are good ways to gain experience and skills, and both can put you on track to masterying PPC marketing.

Competitiveness –> How many other bidders are there? How much are the bids going for spots on the first page of results for a specific keyword?

Keywords –> How many keywords will you be bidding on? Do you know how to find all the targeted keywords for your business? Keep in mind that if you are in a competitive industry, you will probably be going up against other advertisers who are using expensive bid-management software.

Ad Copy –> Do you know if you can write good PPC descriptions? I’m not talking about normal ad descriptions, but relevant PPC descriptions. The difference can be the deciding factor between your site making a profit or a loss - a lesson I learned first-hand.

Budget –> If you are new to PPC and plan on spending more then $500 per month, I recommend you start off hiring someone to manage your PPC ads or to act as a consultant. It will be well worth the money if you shop around for the right person or company to help.

Learning new techniques and strategies - The PPC market is constantly changing and evolving. You have to stay up-to-date with everything, because you can be certain your competition is. Staying up-to-date involves reading newsletters and forums regularly, consistently, and carefully.

If you decide to hire someone to manage your PPC efforts, here are several things you should take into consideration:

1) Experience:

How long have they been in the PPC management business? Do their current clients recommend them unconditionally?

2) Fees:

Shop around - you can always find a good deal on the internet. Just watch out for the ones that are TOO good. Remember the saying that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Talk to at least three different companies and compare them carefully before making your choice.

3) Bid monitoring:

How often do they check your bid positioning?

4) Customer Support:

You are going to be communicating (via email or phone) a lot with the person running your PPC ads. You should like talking with them and find them easy to talk to.

5) Response time:

How quickly will your calls or emails be returned?

6) Support:

Do they offer phone support or only email support?

7) ROI tracking:

Is it offered? It is not necessary to have ROI tracking, but in today’s market, it drastically increases your chances of having a profitable PPC ad.

All in all, for most people, hiring a professional and knowledgeable person to manage your ppc accounts is the way to go! Unless you have the time, patience and money to burn on getting past the learning curve can be pretty painful. Hire someone to help you get going today, and you won’t ever regret it!

Promote Your Business with Electronic Products

Most companies have figured out that giving away free things is a great way to advertise a business. What many of these people may not know is that there are also electronic promotional products that you can use to get the word out about your business. There are a large variety of these electronic products available as well as many products that are just as affordable as traditional products.

Any person who uses a computer will need a computer mouse. It is very easy to put your company logo, name or website on a mouse and give it away. You can get the mouse to connect to a computer through a USB port or even get a wireless mouse that is read through the USB port. This is a very effective way to advertise your business.

Another great way to promote your business is by giving away a USB drive. These are very small and easy to carry and are so useful because they can hold all sorts of information. You can put your company name and logo on one side and even put your phone number and website on the other side.

The USB drives come in different sizes but the most popular are either the 64 or 128 megabyte. The cost of these items are less than $15.00 each and if you buy in large quantities the price is usually reduced. Many people who receive an USB port can use it for many years so when purchasing them remember to consider the quality of the product.

Although it seems like Ipods have replaced the market when it comes to listening to music, you would be surprised to know that a lot of people still prefer to listen to music using a traditional radio. Not everyone has a computer and therefore downloading music to an Ipod is not an option. What a huge market to capitalize on by having your logo on small portable FM radios.

A small radio that is designed to be used with earplugs and can be bought for only $3.00. This is great for people who want to carry the radio with them when they walk down the street for lunch or just want to listen to some great music privately in their office.

There are many other electronic products that can be used for promotional giveaway. The three mentioned above are the most popular products but there are others. For example, you could give away a USB light that can be plugged into a computer’s USB port so you can look in hard to see places.

Free travel adapters for those who travel a lot internationally can have your company’s logo imprinted on them. The cases used for people who have MP3 players are another option for an electronic promotional product. People can use all of these products for a long time and they are also very affordable.

Choose Berber Carpets for their affordability and colours

This article throws light on the 10 reasons for why you should make a choice of Berber carpets upon others. Also, it emphasizes the unique aspects and the qualities of Berber carpets.

‘Berber carpets’ the word sounds familiar right? These are special presentation of art where flecked bulky yarns are used artistically to create carpets out of them. These are a token of talent that one of the tribe called Berber tribe in North Africa brought into picture. Thus, they are named after the tribe. So as to make sure that the art and tradition is followed even generation after generation on their name. This kept them alive in the world of art and respect forever and even today.

There is always a unique quality inculcated in each and everything. The Berber carpets are also unique and identified with the style that the flecked looped yarns give them. The style and the texture are unique enough to be recognized and identified easily.

There is no standard size fixed for the carpets. The size can be easily altered by a simple mechanism of loosening and tightening the loops. They are different sizes and it makes it flexible to be considered to be used in different rooms.

Allergies are common in everyday life nowadays. So, the non toxic and non allergic nature and composition of the Berber carpets blocks the bacterial growth and makes it a perfect choice for those who are allergic.

That’s not all; the cushiony nature of the carpet makes it a pleasure to be walked along. It even has good insulation factor because of the looped structure.

Carpets in themselves require lots of care and cleaning. Don’t worry that’s not the case with Berber carpets and that makes it a best choice for those who don’t have much time to take proper care of their home. They are not just easy to be cleaned but also they hardly show any footprints ever. The lines from the vacuum cleaner are very common problems that normally carpet users face. This will never be the case with Berber carpet care.

What comes to any mind after this much discussion is that, is it affordable? It is absolutely more affordable than commonly used carpets used. Such as, Nylon, Olefin or any other hand made products.

Colour adds art to any thing. The Berber carpets come in different colour combinations and this adds extra beauty and artistic look to the carpets.

That not enough even till now, it not only adds beauty to the place but its density also hides away the irregularities of your floor. That adds a matter of solutions to the replacement of floor.

Hey! What are you waiting for? You will never get a better reasoning for buying these exclusively designed Berber carpets. Go ahead good luck

Blinds are one of the most popular window coverings available, and they are available in many different lengths and sizes, as well as colors and materials.

A serious mistake that most people make is to shop for blinds first and then measure later. When this step is omitted it causes a lot of frustration if the blinds that you bought did not fit the dimensions of your window. So, take the time to measure first then have fun choosing the right style for your home.

The way to measure your window is across horizontally and down vertically. Consider adding an inch or two to compensate for the space around the brackets. Always remember that it is very important to calculate exact measurements so that your blinds look like they were made especially for the room.

If you are comfortable with taking measurements and installing a couple brackets then you do not require the assistance of professional window companies. Although the slats in the blinds can be either horizontal or vertical that will not change your measurements of your windows.

It is not always the style and color of blind that will show when the blinds are installed but if the measurement is not correct it will be very noticeable. So be sure to measure first before buying your new blinds. Truly, anyone can measure and hang blinds because you only need a measuring tape and a couple of screws and brackets.

Measuring is the most important aspect of purchasing and installing blinds, and doing this before you bring home your purchase can save you some major headaches, as well as another trip to the store.

Blinds vary in both width and height, and they are available in numerous sizes and styles. Knowing whether you need thirty-six inch long mini blinds or they need to be sixty inches long, measuring first will help you be prepared, so that finding and installing your blinds will be a snap.

Millions of homes have incorporated blinds in their home dcor because they are so popular and are generally easy to keep clean. Any size and style that you can imagine is available for you to choose from and if you have a custom size window you can get a blind ordered. Some of the benefits to having blinds are privacy, keeping light out and are great decorating accessories. So, go and measure today for your new, colorful blinds.
