If you have a very large budget, you may want to find the service that does pretty much all of the work for you. There is usually a monthly fee for these services, but it can be well worth your money. On the other hand, there are cheaper services that offer the same thing, only more steps involved. It is really personal preference.
It is important to have keywords with a low competition. The higher the competition, the more difficult and slow it can be to get your site ranked with that phrase or word.
